A green "✔️" to the left of a list item indicates that eRank did not detect any potential issues with that particular aspect of the listing.
A red "X" indicates a higher-priority issue that is likely negatively impacting the listing's performance
An orange "!" indicates a lower-priority issue that may not be significantly impacting the listing's performance.
Hover your cursor over the "i" icon to the right of any list item to learn how to fix a potential issue, if need be.
List Item | What It Means |
Grade (only visible for your own shop's listings) | A grade that eRank assigns to your listing based on how well we believe it is following Etsy's best practices. Please note that the grade does not reflect the number of views or sales the listing has had. |
Superstar Keyword | A clear, multi-word phrase that describes a listing and matches terms that shoppers use to search for similar items on Etsy. You can use our Listing Audit tool to pick a superstar keyword for any listing in your shop. |
Title | The listing's title. |
Description | The listing's description. |
Tags | All of the listing's tags. |
Media | The listing's images, alt text, and video. |
Materials | The materials that have been added to the listing. |
Attributes | The attributes that have been added to the listing. |
Categories | The category and subcategories that have been added to the listing. |
Processing Time | The listing's processing time. |
Policy | This indicates that the shop's policies have been filled out. |
Return & Exchange Policy | The return policy that has been added to the listing. |
