ShopBuzz is a tool that lets you analyze individual websites' search traffic and create lists of websites to compare their popularity, top keywords, and more.

While ShopBuzz was made by the same people who made the eRank tools you know and love, please note that it is hosted on a separate website.

Benefits

Use ShopBuzz to gain insight into trends in e-commerce marketplaces and see which marketplaces bring in the most traffic from various sources. This can help you determine which marketplaces are best for your brand.

How to use

In eRank's Main Menu (the green side panel on the left side of your screen), click "Sites."

Click the green "Join ShopBuzz" button in the middle of the page to navigate to the ShopBuzz website. From there, you can either click the green "Start Free" button to create an account or click "Log In" to log into an existing account.

The green "Join ShopBuzz" button in the middle of the page.

Once you're logged in, enter up to five websites' URLs (examples: "store.com" or "store.com/blog") in the gray section at the top of your screen. To add more URLs, click "+ Add Competitor" in the bottom left corner of the section. Then, click the green "Search" button on the right to view search traffic data.

Tracking and modifying your searches

To save your search, click the "Track" button in the top right corner of your screen.

After you've saved a search, you can access it at any time via the side panel on the left side of your screen. Since ShopBuzz displays real-time data, this function lets you monitor the website's (or websites') traffic over time. You can use this information to help determine whether or not a website is ideal for supporting your brand. If you're monitoring competitors' websites, this function provides insight into how their popularity changes throughout the year.

Click the green "+ New Search" button at the top of the side panel to start a new search.

All of the websites that you added to your search are displayed at the top of your screen. Click the pencil icon to the right of any website to enter a new URL.

To add another website to your search, click the green "+ Compare" button, located to the right of the URLs.
