1. What does the eRank achievement badge represent?
The badge on your eRank Dashboard shows how your shop’s total number of sales ranks compared to other Etsy sellers. It displays the percentage of shops you’ve outsold.
Example: if your badge says "Top 11%," it means that you've outsold 89% of Etsy shops.
2. How is this calculated?
Your rank is based on your shop's total number of sales. This may differ from your shop's order count or what you see in your shop’s backend, because Etsy counts sales, not orders. So, for example, an order with three different items counts as three sales. Please note that Etsy counts multiples of the same item as just one sale.
3. Why do I see big changes in my badge with just one sale?
It’s possible for a single sale to bump your shop's rank noticeably if:
Many other shops have the same number of sales as your shop (small changes shift your shop above a large group)
Shops with fewer sales than your shop were recently deactivated or closed
Shops with more sales than your shop dispensed refunds or stopped selling on Etsy
4. Is the badge percentage based on global Etsy shops or just my country?
The achievement badge is based on your shop's global rank. It reflects how your shop compares to all Etsy shops worldwide in terms of total sales.
However, you can see both your shop's global rank and national rank on your eRank Dashboard for additional insight.
5. Why does my badge percentage seem inaccurate or change quickly?
This may happen if:
The counter was temporarily delayed or stuck
A large number of other shops happen to have the same sales count at the time, and your shop surpassed all of them
Etsy or eRank refreshed its shop data or corrected a glitch
Please note that refunded sales, newly created shops, and shop closures can all affect your percentage.
6. Can I contact eRank's customer support if something looks off?
Yes! If your badge seems inaccurate or hasn’t updated, contact support via the bottom right corner of your eRank Dashboard. In your message, please include your shop's name and a brief description of the issue you're experiencing.
