Troubleshooting the eRank Extension

If the extension isn't showing up in your Chrome browser after you install it, here's how to troubleshoot.

Is the eRank extension not showing up in your Chrome browser, even though you just installed it?

It should look like this:

If you don't see the green badge on the right side of your screen, it may not be set to open automatically. Here's how to check:

  1. Click the Extensions icon in the top right corner of your browser (it looks like a puzzle piece).

  2. In the dropdown menu, click the three dots to the right of the eRank extension.

  3. In the pop-up menu, hover your cursor over "This Can Read and Change Site Data."

  4. Make sure that "On etsy.com" is selected.

Is it still not showing up? Here's what to do next:

  1. In the pop-up menu we mentioned in the last section, click "Manage Extension."

  2. Under "Site access," make sure that the button for each site is toggled on.
