Delivery Status

Track your Etsy orders from pre-transit to delivery.

Delivery Status allows you to view the status of any of your shipped Etsy orders within the date range you specify.

Benefits

Use this report to see where each of your shipped orders are in transit. View their estimated times of arrival and check for delays.

This tool is especially useful for those who process a high volume of orders on Etsy and want to keep tabs on their tracking.

How to use

In the Main Menu, select "Shop Insights" and then "Delivery Status."

Use the dropdown menu above the report to enter a date range.

Use the report to view the following information:

Column

What It Means

Order Date

The date the order was placed. eRank uses Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Status

The current status of the order.

Ship By Date

The date the order is scheduled to ship by.

Etsy Order

The last four digits of the order's identification number on Etsy.

Please note that orders with multiple packages are grouped under a single Etsy order number. Click any order's last four digits to view each package’s details on Etsy.

Carrier

The carrier you used to ship the order.

Tracking ID

The last four digits of the order's tracking number.

If the order was shipped via USPS, Royal Mail, UPS, or FedEx, click the order's last four digits to view its tracking history on its carrier's website.

Click the copy icon to the right of the last four digits to copy the order's entire tracking number to your clipboard.

City

The order’s destination city.

Buyer

The name of the customer who purchased the order.

State

The order’s destination state.

Country

The order’s destination country.

Value

The monetary value of the shipment.

This figure does not reflect sale prices, nor does it include tax.

Please note that, for grouped packages, the report displays the orders' total value rather than the value of each individual package.

Click the "Columns" button on the right side of the page to choose the data you'd like to view. Click and drag any column to change its position in the table below.

Sort any column by clicking the small gray arrows to the left of the column's title. This function is especially useful if you run a high-volume shop and are searching for a specific order.

If you are a Basic member, Pro member, or Expert member, click the "Export" button on the right side of the page to export, copy, or print the report for future reference.

This tool is available to Basic members, Pro members, and Expert members.
