Track your Etsy orders from pre-transit to delivery.

Delivery Status allows you to view the status of any of your Etsy shipments within the date range you specify.

Benefits

Use this report to view which shipments are pre-transit, which shipments are currently in transit, and which shipments have been delivered.

Click any shipment’s status to view its complete tracking information on the carrier’s website.

This tool is especially useful for those who process a high volume of orders on Etsy and want to keep tabs on their tracking.

How to use

In the main menu, select "Shop Insights" and then "Delivery Status."

Use the dropdown menu above the report to enter a date range.

Use the report to view the following information:

Column

What's In It

Date

The date the order was placed. eRank uses Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Status

The current status of the shipment. Click the status button for any shipment to view its tracking information on its carrier’s website.

City

The shipment’s destination city.

State

The shipment’s destination state.

Country

The shipment’s destination country.

Value

The monetary value of the shipment. Please note that this figure does not reflect sale prices, nor does it include tax.

Carrier

The shipment’s carrier.

Click the "Columns" button on the right side of the page to choose the data you'd like to view. Click and drag any column to change its position in the table below.

To sort your data in ascending or descending order, click the header of any column. This function is especially useful if you run a high-volume shop and are searching for a specific order.

If you are a Basic member, Pro member, or Expert member, click the "Export" button on the far right to export, copy, or print the report for future reference.

This tool is available to Basic members, Pro members, and Expert members.
