Sales Map displays the geographic origins of your most recent 300 orders.
Benefits
Use this feature to view the locations of the buyers of your shop’s most recent 300 orders. This is useful information for anyone who is considering selling internationally and wishes to see where the majority of their customers are located.
How to use
In the Main Menu, select "Shop Insights" and then "Sales Map."
Sales Map
Click the green "View Your Sales Map" button to load your shop's map. This will take about 15-20 seconds.
This map shows the locations of the buyers of your last 300 orders.
Use the "+" and "–" buttons in the top left corner to zoom in and out.
Use the Legend in the bottom left corner to see, at a glance, how many of your shop’s most recent 300 orders originated from each country (or state).
Hover your cursor over any country or state to view precisely how many of your shop’s most recent 300 orders originated from there.
Sales By Country
Use the "Sales By Country" table to view all of the countries your shop’s most recent 300 orders originated from, the number of orders from each country, and the total revenue from each country for the aforementioned orders.
Orders
Use the "Orders" table below to view each order’s date of purchase, destination city, destination state, destination country, and total revenue. Please note that all dates are based on GMT timezone.
Click the "Columns" button on the right side of the page to choose the data you'd like to view. Click and drag any column to change its position in the table below.
Sort any column by clicking the small gray arrows to the left of the column's title.
If you are a Basic member, Pro member, or Expert member, click the "Export" button on the far right to export, copy, or print the list for future reference.
Who can use this?
This tool is available to all eRank members. However, please note that some data is only visible to Basic members, Pro members, and Expert members.
