View important statistics about any Etsy shop (including your own), see where it ranks, and gain insight into its success.

With Shop Info, you can look up any Etsy shop (including your own) and view important stats about its history and sales traffic. You'll also be able to see its most recently updated listings.

Benefits

Use this feature to gain inspiration from successful sellers in your category by analyzing their tags and studying their recent listings. You can also track how well new shops within your niche perform and monitor your own shop’s growth.

How to use

In the Main Menu, select "Competitor Research" and then "Shop Info."

You can also access Shop Info via the "Find Your Etsy Rank" field in our Top Sellers on Etsy on Etsy feature.

If you are a Basic member, Pro Member, or Expert member, enter your shop’s name into the field at the top of the page next to "Find Your Shop" and click the orange "Submit" button to view important statistics about your shop.

You can also use this feature to look up other Etsy shops, see where they rank, and gain insight into their success.

Basic members can look up 200 shops per day, Pro members can look up 300 shops per day, and Expert members can look up 1000 shops per day.

To view and edit your shop on Etsy, click the "See on Etsy" button in the blue box on the left.


If you're viewing another shop, click the eye in the top right corner of the blue box to add it to your sales comparison list. This can be accessed via our Competitor Sales feature.

Here, you can view the following information about your shop (or someone else's):

Shop Stats

Stat

What It Means

Active Listings

The number of active listings in the shop.

Shop Age

The number of years that have passed since the shop opened.

Avg. Sales/Day

The average number of items the shop has sold each day since it opened.

Category

The category in which most of the shop's items are listed.

Handmade

This indicates whether the shop sells handmade products, vintage products, or supplies.

Sales Stats

What It Means

Total Sales

The number of items the shop has sold since it opened.

Sales Rank (Global)

The estimated rank of the shop compared with all other Etsy shops, based on the number of items it has sold since it opened.

Sales Rank (National)

The estimated rank of the Etsy shop compared with other Etsy shops in the same country, based on the number of items it has sold since it opened.

7 Day Sales

How many sales the shop has had over the past seven days.

30 Day Sales

How many sales the shop has had over the past 30 days.

Sales History

Use this section to view a bar chart of the shop's sales over the past 15 months.

Listings

At the bottom of the page, you will see a list of the shop’s most recently updated, sold, and renewed listings. Here, you can view the following information:

Column

What It Means

Listing/Tags

The title of the listing along with all of its tags.

Click any listing's title to open the Listing Audit feature, where you can run an in-depth analysis of its images, tags, description, and more. Learn more about Listing Audit here

Click any term to open our Keyword Tool feature and perform a detailed analysis of the top 100 listings found in Etsy search results for that keyword. Learn more about Keyword Tool here.

Total Views

The number of views this listing has had since it was originally published on Etsy.

Total Favorites

The number of favorites the listing has had since it was originally published on Etsy.

Est. Sales

The approximate number of sales made over the life of the listing.

Est. Revenue

The approximate amount of revenue made over the life of the listing.

Price

The price of the item.

Listing Age (Days)

The number of days since the listing was created.

Daily Views

The average number of daily views the listing has.

Last Updated

The date the listing was last modified, sold or renewed.

Use the "Filter..." field in the blue bar to filter specific listings.

Click the orange "Export as CSV" button in the blue bar to export your report for future reference.

Who can use this?

This tool is available to Basic members, Pro members, and Expert members.
