The Listings reports highlight the performance of the most recently updated listings in your shop. They also show you your drafted listings along with any listings in your shop that have expired or sold out within the past 15 months.

Click the "Track Changes" button for any listing in the "Active" report to take daily "snapshots" of it and monitor changes to its title, tags, price, quantity available, total views, and total favorites.

Benefits

Use the information in the "Active" report to identify your best and worst-performing recently updated listings and access tools that allow you to dive deeper and edit as needed.

Utilize the "Track Changes" function to see changes you have made to a listing’s titles and tags and determine whether or not they are increasing the listing’s views, favorites, or sales.

Use the other three reports to assess your drafted listings, expired listings, and sold out listings, and explore ways to improve their SEO.

How to use

In the Main Menu, select "Listing Optimization" and then "Listings."

How to sort and filter the data tables

Sort any column by clicking the small gray arrows to the right of the column's title.

To search for a specific term, click the magnifying glass to the right of the column's header. Then, type the term into the field that appears next to the icon.

Click the "Columns" button on the right side of the page to choose the data you'd like to view. Click and drag any column to change its position in the table below.
